![]() ![]() ![]() The GPO side of things appears to be working as the AppState values in the registry change as expected and the following entries appear in the application log of the target PC:ĭespite the log reports stating Adobe Reader X has been uninstalled the application is still there, has icons where one would expect icons, is listed in Programs and Features, and can be used. Open File Explorer (or Windows Explorer), right-click the drive that you want to install the Windows Installer package to, and then click Properties. ![]() The deployment works as expected so no problems there. I am trying to distribute Adobe Reader X using GPO. I have tried it on two target PCs, one physical and one virtual, both react in the same way with similar entries in the event log. This is a test situation and once working I will want to install and uninstall other applications using GPO. ![]()
